here are few new things from the last month of not updating my website.

 

Framed Honey Bee

Johana as a large collection of work from many other tattoo artists encluding a few from Kat Von D. she has come to me for a few different things now and we added this to her collection recently

 

Pit Bull Portrait

this was done on a good friend of the shop Opi. she runs a local pit bull rescue and is an all around great person. this was one of her personal dogs that passed away a few weeks before starting this tattoo. I am a huge dog lover and have two of my own that both have cancer so I know how hard it is to loose one of your best friends. it was an honor to do this tattoo

 

Killer Pin-up

I wish i had gotten a better photo of this but ill get a healed one someday. we did this whole thing in one sitting the girl stood about 18 inches tall.

I have been working nonstop and havnet had a second to myself the past few weeks but it has made for some cool tattoos so here are a few. hope you enjoy

Did this on my Regular client Karen. her and her husband have been getting tattooeed by me almost every month for the last 3 years they are awesome people.

This was this clients first tattoo he sat great for 4 hours and Im sure I will be seeing him again soon  

 

 

Pheonix Rib piece

I am very excited to finish this piece we started it about 2 years ago he came in for 3 sessions very quickly but hasnt been able to come in for the last session until now so we worked for about 5 hours and finished it up for him.

 

Cracken Painting up for sale 03/25/2012

I finished this while I was recovering from surgery but still have the original for sale. it is a mix of watercolor and colored pencil, 9x30 on heavy press watercolor paper and comes framed. Im asking $500 for it if your interested contact me at joshricheytattoos@yahoo.com

 

Its been a long time... 03/04/2012

You may or may not know that I have been out of tattooing for a few months due to a shoulder surgery. (Ok well I havent fully been out I did go against doctors orders and do a few tattoos)  but because I was out my website got letf behind so im back and here is a bunch of stuff to look at from the past few months. Also I am very backed up with emails from being off for so long and am trying my best to get back to everyone but if you dont hear from me within a week i might have missed it so email me again i wont get mad.

I did this on Friday at the Detroit Convention. Every year I look forward to detroit and have a lot of fun there. the guys from Eternal put on an amazing show .
